About Ellen and Scot White

Ellen and Scot are not just Real Estate partners but life Partners.

Ellen has over 17 years as an award winning, top producing Realtor® with countless happy clients, many who have become close friends. Her professional straightforward approach is highly appreciated whether listing or buying with her. Over the last 17 years Ellen has successfully helped her clients buy and sell in all kinds of markets, including COVID. Her proven track record and honed strategies has made her one of the best. Ellen's background and educational training in sales and design, makes her a valuable asset in listing your house. Ellen employs that background in staging your house and negotiating the best possible deal for you, whether you are selling or buying.
A one time Architectural Representative and Manager, with a degree in Interior Design, a diploma in Graphic Design and Legal Administration, Ellen has extensive experience in the Design and Construction industry.  She has a working knowledge of French and Spanish to better serve her clients.   Ellen has also delved into the niche areas of campground RV’s and fixer-uppers. She has personally renovated and flipped 13 houses to her credit. Once featured on HGTV’s “This Small Space” as a guest, Ellen has always enjoyed helping clients realize their dream home vision.

Scot joined Ellen as a Realtor® in 2018 and together they have made a formidable Team, Ellen and Scot Sell Homes.  Scot brings a whole different set of skills to accent those of Ellen's.  His varied work history.  Youth Pastor at the Welland BIC, Assistant Chaplain at the Welland County General Hospital, Pastor, Missionary (Mexico) and Church Planter demonstrates his passion and heart to help others, truly acting in his clients best interest over that of his own.  Born and raised in Port Colborne with family ties back to H.H Knoll and Captain John Decew of Decew Falls no one knows this area better.   He thrives on the challenge of taking the seemingly impossible and helping others make it possible.  Scot was President and CEO of a successful painting company, Painting By The Whitehouse Inc., taking over when his father, Randy White, retired in 1996.  His experience and understanding of home contruction coupled with his network of home contractors has proven to be a valuable asset to their team and most importantly clients.  

The most important elements to Ellen and Scot's life is their family and their faith.  They see Real Estate as a fantastic tool to help families succeed, generate wealth and most importantly find joy.  Their faith provides them with the confidence that if they excel in the best interest of their clients over that of their own God will provide great success for them and their clients.
